Best experience I have EVER had at a dentist office. This office has high regard for cleanliness. The staff is so welcoming and they truly care about their patients overall wellbeing. How often can we say that we enjoy our dental appointments? My experience with Dr. Langenbach has been awesome from my very first visit. I so appreciate the fact that I can have everything taken care of at once without numerous revisits to complete a process! After all, we are all busy and time is valuable. Also, the numbing shots don’t even hurt! This is the part I usually dread the most. Today I had a crown replacement which was a perfect fit and perfect color match from the initial fitting! Again, how awesome is that?! Less time with my mouth wide open and worrying about letting my new crown “settle in” after the fact. Thank you Dr. Langenbach, Lauren and all of your wonderful staff who do excellent work and always make me feel so comfortable.

What can be said about Doctor L. Her has been working on my teeth for 10+ years. He is very detailed and takes care of you quickly and professionally. The staff is like family everyone knows your name and Michele is a hoot. Patty has been cleaning my teeth for years and does a great job. The only thing they could do better would be to offer a glass of wine at the start.

I recently had a procedure at Dr. Langenbach’s office. I am amazed at the care I received. The procedure I had done took over 4 hours. They covered me with a warm blanket, they kept applying great smelling lip balm so that my lips would not be chapped, and they made sure that I was in zero pain throughout the ENTIRE time. Instead of being at the dentist, I felt like I was spending the day at the spa. I am over the moon with the way my smile looks. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Langenbach.

I had a horrible experience previously on a back tooth. The dentist did a poor job. I have been terrified to have it corrected because of the first experience. Dr. Thomas did such an amazing job! She explained everything before she did it. There wasn’t any pain. She answered all my questions. I cannot believe I waited four years to have it fixed. If I would have known how fantastic she was I would have come to her in the first place. I give her a 10 out of 10!

Best thing I ever did was get fitted for a device to help me with my “grinding my teeth” problem. It is a “teeth and jaw” saver and it was they “coaxing” me that did the trick. My treatment was as gentle as possible for two fillings and Dr Thomas and her assistant were attentive to my comfort during the procedure. My only “complaint” is that after I was seated in the treatment room I had to wait 15 minutes before anyone came in to start the procedure. Was starting to think they had forgotten I was there. I have been a patient of Lynne Thomas for 5 years. Two days ago, late in the afternoon, I had a crown come off while eating toffee. After my crown fell off on Labor Day weekend, my husband called Dr. Langenbach’s cell to report it. He promptly returned the call and setup an appointment to meet with us that day even though he was at an event in El Cajon. Dr. Langenbach greeted us with a smile and after closer examination found that the tooth had a cavity and replaced the crown temporarily. An appointment would be scheduled immediately by his staff upon their return to the office. His prompt response permitted us to attend a family event. I had fillings removed and crown placed on my back molar, upper jaw. Dr. Thomas was able to do the whole procedure in one visit including the permanent crown. This is awesome. No waiting for the lab to manufacture the crown, no temporary crown, no second visit. Also Michelle, the dental assistant, is just outstanding. I have a very small mouth and a big gag reflex which makes dental work hard. Michelle is so understanding and empathetic. I felt she was very concerned that I had a good experience and went out of her way to ease my fears. Overall a dental visit could not have gone any better. I am super happy with the visit and the results.

Although, the office was working through unforeseen circumstances, (two power chairs down, at the same time), Dr. Thomas and the entire longtime staff, handled the situation with great aplomb. Referals for iinitial or interim care are given with assurance that the same degree of professionalism is observed. All I wanted for Christmas was my two back teeth…I was recommended by a friend to this dental office when it was the week before Christmas and I literally had 2 back teeth missing. I had gone to another dentist to get my root canals redone and get new crowns. They both broke on me and I was desperate to get my teeth fixed before everyone went on Christmas break. Dr. Juergen came in special for me that Friday and made the crowns right there in the office! They have state of the art everything and he was kind enough to explain it all to me and even let me watch my teeth being made since I was the only patient in the office.They are super sweet and efficient. Service Provided for cleaning was excellent.I had made a 2 hr appointment so I could have everything done at one time – cleaning, e-rays, checkup. Some how the schedule was adjusted to have time only for the cleaning. Now I had to make another appointment to get the remainder of the work completed. If it needed to be changed I would have appreciated a phone call so I could make m plans accordingly.

My husband and I have been seeing Drs. Langenbach and Thomas for all our dental work for many years. We drive from the coast to the Escondido office because why wouldn’t we go out of our way to go to an office where one doesn’t even mind going to the dentist? The doctors and their staff make sure we never have a bad experience, and we recommend them highly and frequently. I recently had another crown done by Dr. Thomas, and she not only did it quickly and efficiently, she made it almost fun – no kidding!

Just went in for a regular exam and also complaining of gum pain. The hygienist is very thorough and it is always nice to catch up on personal news. With the latest X-ray technology, she immediately had a shot of the area in question. Also, with a digital hand-held camera, Dr. Langenbach was able to show me the cavity that didn’t come up on the X-ray. A treatment plan was given to me by accounting so I knew what to expect as far as cost and procedure. They will pre-authorize treatment with your insurance so there will be no surprises after work is done. Our entire family- my husband, two teenage daughters, and I – have been patients since my daughters were old enough to go to the dentists. Drs. Thomas and Langenbach look out for our best interest and we appreciate their hard work.

I brought my mother down from Los Angeles to get dental implants and veneers. LA is quite far from San Diego to get dental work done,but I only wanted the best for my mother and that is exactly the experience she had. Now she has a beutiful set of implants and veneers and couldn’t be happier. The whole process was long, but it was completed without a hitch. My mother was very pleased and so was I. I always tell everyone who is looking for a dentist to consider Dr. Langenbach. Technically and skill-wise there is no one better and professionally there is also no one better. Try them, you will see what I’m talking about.

My crown fell off and I needed to get in right away. They were very accommodating. Once I was taken back, Mona the dental assistant was so nice and informative. She made me feel really comfortable. Then when Dr Thomas came in she didn’t have good news. I needed a root canal (which she doesn’t do) & a lot of work. She spent 1 hr with me. She knew of my financial problems and didn’t charge for some of the work. I was very impressed and happy with the whole experience!

Dr. Lynne Thomas provided professional care, while she chose to take a very conservative approach to treatment. The procedure was less invasive, in my best interest and performed in an assuringly gentle manner. Postponing a previously schedualed appointment was no obstacle to obtaining the most up to date materials needed and, I was so delighted to have a topical anesthetic instead of an injected one. Additionally, the staff is well credentialed and competent. I am grateful to be in such capable hands.

A fallen crown! For years I walked around with a great crown but it finally fell out. I was scared because I don’t have a regular dentist but upon a friend’s recommendation I went to Dr. Thomas. This is the best dentist I’ve been to (besides Dr. Langenbach!). She is thorough, caring, knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. Her staff is exceptional as well. I used to go to Dr. Langenbach in Rancho Bernardo and thought I would never go anywhere else. After moving to Escondido, I decided to try Dr. Thomas. I have found Dr. Thomas to be just as competent and caring as well as kind as Dr. Langenbach and his staff. I highly recommend both Dr. Thomas and Dr. Langenbach.

Dr. Thomas gives the most thorough dental and overall oral health examination I have ever had. I feel my treatment and recomendations were extremely professionaI. Drs. Thomas and Langenbach have been our family dentists since they began their practice in Escondido. Our two daughters, now ages 10 and 12, have been under their competent care since preschool. They have the latest technology for any need, from fillings to crowns, implants and nightguards. I trust their opinions which allow you to make informed choices. My husband has had extensive dental work due to his implants and teeth grinding, and they have done wonderful work to preserve the health and appearance of his teeth. The hygienists are experienced and friendly. The office staff routinely advises you on insurance matters and works with your budget. It is like a second family there.

Numbing my teeth for a procedure has always been difficult with less than desired results, but Dr Langenbach took the time to do it right, methodically making sure my teeth were numb resulting in a very comfortable procedure. His attention to detail during the procedure was exceptional, he factored in structural issues and carefully worked around them, checking progress along the way assuring maximum tooth preservation. These issues were discussed beforehand, and continuous communication during the process reassured me as we progressed. He comes highly recommended!

From the moment you walk into the practice you will not be disappointed. The staff are friendly and warm and making sure that you are at ease and comfortable is a very high priority for them.They are gentle and understanding and you will be at ease during your visit. The old notion of a dentist’s office is light years away from visiting Dr Thomas’s practice.I would not hesitate to recommend and have already done so. After going here for a second opinion I have now switched and Dr Thomas is now my dentist.Cannot say enough good things, don’t hesitate make an appointment!

I haven’t been to the dentist in 5-7 years, mainly because of a past experience that was very negative and painful. I am amazed how pleasant my experience has been with Lynne Thomas. I needed a deep cleaning, which was done by Nicole. She explained the process to me, answered all my questions, made me feel very comfortable and best of all there was absolutely no pain and the procedure was done quickly and easily. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I feel like my lifetime fear of dentists has been cured.

No waiting for two weeks with a temporary crown! The state-of-the-art equipment at this office gives you a crown the same day! But even more than that, I appreciate the skill and diligence of Dr. Thomas. Her attention to detail is awesome. She is also very attentive and caring about patient comfort. Dr. Juergen Langenbach and his staff prepared me for my oral surgery in a professional and expert manner. Before the procedure each memeber of his staff made the procedure clear before, during and after the surgery. I experienced a little pressure during the procedure, however at no time did I feel unconfortable. The next day I was able to return to work without any complications.

It is always nice to know that the staff at Drs. Langenbach and Thomas’s practice will be competent and thorough, from the regular cleaning to more involved procedures and they are up-to-date on the most current practices. Computerized x-rays, crowns made in-house, fillings, night guards, etc. Our entire family ages 11 and up see both dentists and are familiar with the hygienists and office staff by first name. We have been patients since they took over the practice from Dr. Chisum.
